After experiencing my own profound loss, I discovered that just talking about my emotions wasn't enough. No matter how much I talked I could still feel the heaviness in my chest, the sharp pains in my back, my lungs squeezing so tight I could barely breathe. That's why I created these somatic yoga classes for grief. Hi I'm Lindsay Hope. Im here to help you move through your grief using tools that you have readily available to you, your breath and your body.
You don't need yoga experience.
You don't need to be flexible.
You just need to breathe and move.
